As a Care Assistant, your focus will be on delivering high standards of personal care, contributing to the care team to ensure continuity of services for residents. Key responsibilities include assisting residents with personal hygiene, recognizing and escalating clinical risks, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors, always respecting their dignity and individuality.
