A not-for-profit care home in Congleton is seeking a Care Assistant to enrich residents' lives through quality personalised care. No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided. Successful candidates will demonstrate a caring attitude, strong communication skills, and an ability to work effectively in a team environment. The role offers competitive hourly pay and a supportive work atmosphere.
