A Residential Carer is required to deliver care and support services within any health or social care environment in and around Cirencester. The tasks may be one to one with a service user or with other carers or health professionals, and may occur within the home, garden, or in the community.
Shifts range from days and nights to weekends, with flexible hours and induction/refresher training. Weekly pay and holiday accrual are offered through a perks-at-work scheme.
We are looking for Experienced Care Workers to work for our clients in and around Cirencester!
As an Agency Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work across various care settings in the area.
The shifts for this role are ad hoc, you will be supporting our clients covering staffing gaps for sickness and holidays.
Please note you will need to be able to attend a Manual Handling Induction in the Melksham office to be successful in this role.
Job Role:

A care and support plan on site must be followed for completion of tasks, safety, client communication and any end-of-life instruction where relevant.
