Main duties of the job

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting residents with their everyday needs, such as personal care, medication management, and social activities. You will work as part of a team to ensure the well-being and comfort of the residents, while also promoting their independence and dignity. The position requires a flexible schedule, with full-time hours of 48 per week, including alternate weekends.
