Home Instead Chesterfield is a leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services for older people. With minimum visits of one hour, award-winning training, and an excellent reputation, we are immensely proud of the quality of care we provide. We match our Care Professionals to our Clients based on mutual interests and hobbies to help build bonds of trust, enabling us to provide personalised support. Due to seeing the same Clients on an ongoing basis, our Care Professionals develop lovely partnerships with the Clients they visit.

  1. £13.50 - £14.25 per hour or £14.00 - £14.75 per hour if you hold a recognised Health and Social Care qualification at level 2 or above with experience.

As a Care Professional, you will be assisting with Personal Care, Home Help, Companionship, and Medication Support at different times of the day. We offer shadowing and ongoing help to develop your skills.

You will need to be trustworthy, reliable, and respectful. You will enjoy building professional relationships and be comfortable spending time in the company of others.
