Job summary

Independent Community Care Management Limited in Chester is seeking a Care Assistant to support a client with complex care needs, including nutrition and medication administration and ventilator care. You will be part of a large network delivering high-quality, person-centered care.

Shifts span 8am–8pm and 8pm–8am, reflecting the continuous care required. Experience in care is desirable, with full nurse-led training provided to new staff joining our team.

What you’ll do

You’ll be supporting a client based in Chester, providing comprehensive care that includes nutrition and medication administration via a transjejunal tube, tracheostomy and ventilator care, as well as offering meaningful companionship. Although non-verbal, our client enjoys sensory activities and painting, and your presence can help bring joy and connection to their day.

Experience in care is desirable for this role, however, we do provide full nurse-led training.
