Independent Community Care Management Limited in Chester is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a young man at home, providing tracheostomy care, PEG feeding and personal care to enhance his quality of life.
No experience is required as full training will be provided; day and night shifts are available with probationary contracted hours offered thereafter. This role offers meaningful, family-centered care within a supportive team.
