ABOUT THE ROLE

Your role as a Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, working fully with the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Assisting residents with personal hygiene care, ensuring independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
  • Recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, fall risks, signs of infections, and escalating any identified risks promptly.
  • Interacting courteously with residents and visitors, respecting each resident's dignity and individuality.
  • Practicing safe systems of work across all tasks.

ABOUT YOU
