Job summary

CCH Group in Cheltenham is seeking a caring and empathetic Care Assistant to provide dedicated support to local residents, ensuring their needs are met with kindness and professionalism.

You’ll perform companionship, personal care, medication reminders, mealtimes, housekeeping and mobility support, helping clients maintain independence and dignity. Pay rate £13.20 per hour plus mileage; flexible hours and local work are available.

Qualifications

• Proficient in effective communication across all levels.
• Demonstrates a sincere interest in working with our specific client group.
• Successfully passed DBS screening.
• Patience, compassion & a positive attitude at all times.
• Demonstrate eagerness to engage in vocational training programs, continually enhancing skills and knowledge.
• Display initiative and autonomy.
