Caremark Cheltenham & Gloucester is seeking warm, reliable Care Assistants to provide one-to-one care in customers’ homes in Cheltenham and surrounding areas. You will travel within the local area, deliver care with dignity, and receive full training and support.

Job description

As a Care Assistant, you'll provide personalised, one-to-one care in customers' homes, respecting their individuality and promoting independence. You'll travel within the local area, delivering care and support as agreed between the customer and Caremark Cheltenham & Gloucester. You will be playing a vital role in supporting people who require additional help due to age, illness, disability or long-term health conditions.. The care you provide is equal in terms of care and attention to what a family member would offer, but with the added benefit of full training and quality standards.

• Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• A commitment to personal development and ongoing training.
