Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Care Assistant for our Cheltenham care home. No prior experience is required as we provide fully funded training and strong career development to help you grow.

You will deliver compassionate personal care, assist with daily activities, and build meaningful relationships with residents. The role involves weekend work and supports the wellbeing and dignity of each resident.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Compassionate, patient and great with people.
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
• Able to work alternate weekends.
