Job summary

Agincare's Victory Care Home in Chatham is seeking a Care Assistant to provide high-quality personal care, support residents with daily living activities, and help maintain a warm, person-centred environment.

No prior care experience is required as full training is provided. You must have the right to work in the UK and be willing to work alternate weekends. The role offers £12.76 per hour, a company pension, and on-demand pay as part of the benefits.

The Role Of a Care Assistant

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
• Assist with medication administration and recording.
• Support residents with daily living activities and routines.
• Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship.
• Help enrich residents' lives through activities, hobbies, and social engagement.
• Promote residents' dignity, independence, and well-being.
• Work as part of a caring team to deliver outstanding person-centred care

About You

You don’t need previous care experience. What matters most is your kindness and motivation to help others.

• Able to work alternate weekends
• Opportunities Available:
• Care Assistant to work 30 hours per week from 8am to 8pm to include working alternative weekends
• Care Assistant to work 24 hours per week from 8am to 8pm to include working alternative weekends
• Bank Care Assistant to have the flexibility to work as and when required to include day, night and weekend shifts
