Here at ND Care & Support, we are looking for dedicated individuals in the Llanbradach area, to support people to remain independent in their own homes with dignity. You might already be working in the Care industry or looking for a more rewarding change of career; whatever your goal is, we will support you every step of the way. As a registered member of the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW), we pride ourselves in the exceptional level of service we offer to our clients, carried out by our remarkable Carers.
A full UK Driving license or an international driving license and your own car are essential.
We will cover the cost of your Enhanced DBS check, Social Care Wales registration fee and a Blue Light Card-saving you over £70 (We will reimburse you for the Blue Light Card and SCW registration fee on proof of purchase and once you have worked for us for more than four weeks). We will also cover the cost of your DBS, your Social Care Wales registration and your Blue Light Card. Finally, we will even pay you to attend a five-day Induction and training course at our Abertillery office (paid at national minimum wage once you have worked for us for a minimum of 50 hours).
