Job summary

MyLife Homecare is recruiting Care Assistants to provide person-centred home care in Canterbury and surrounding areas. You will help older adults regain independence at home, performing personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship with supportive training from day one.

We offer guaranteed hours for permanent roles, flexible shift patterns (7am–2pm and 4pm–10pm), paid training, NVQ qualifications, and a strong wellbeing and support package across Kent and beyond.

Qualifications

• No experience needed – full training provided!
• Full UK driving licence, own car and business insurance required for travel to care sites.
• Right to Work in the UK; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to older adults in their own homes.

Salary: £13.10 per hour. Additional benefits include enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double-time compensation for work carried out on public holidays.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across Canterbury helping them regain independence in their own homes.
