As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of residents. Tasks include assisting with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and meals.
Our care is heartfelt, ensuring residents maintain dignity and individuality through activities and support, whether helping with mobility aids, offering emotional support, or end-of-life care.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to act. Attendance at safeguarding training and the ability to report concerns are required.
