We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic, resilient, and committed individual who genuinely wants to improve the lives of people within their own home. Your role will be to help them develop socially, emotionally, and behaviourally, all within a safe and caring environment.

No two days are the same as a Care Assistant, so you need to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing setting. It’s challenging work, but incredibly gratifying!

• Salary: £25,000 to £28,000
• Pay Rates: Weekdays £12.85 per hour, Weekends £13 per hour, Weekends £15.10 per hour
• Location: Caerphilly
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week
• Contract: Full Time
• Shift Pattern: TBD, but ideally, you will be able to work every other weekend
