Job summary

Chaseview Care Home in Chase Terrace, Burntwood, is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for full-time daytime shifts. You will support residents with daily living, personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, following care plans to ensure dignified, person-centred care.

Open to experienced carers or those new to care, with full training and development provided. 33 hours per week, paid DBS, uniform provided and progression opportunities within Care Concern Group.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.
• SVQ/NVQ Level 2 desirable or willingness to work towards.

About Chaseview Care Home

Chaseview Care Home is a 60 bed purpose built care home located in Chase Terrace, Burntwood, just a short distance from Lichfield. The home provides nursing and residential dementia care, supported by a dedicated team committed to delivering high quality, person centred care to every resident.

Care Assistant Contract

• Contracted to 33 hours per week
• Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.
You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.
Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
