Job summary

TLC Care's Camberley Manor Care Home on Deepcut Bridge Road is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents with personal care, safety and daily activities, helping them live as independently as possible while getting to know their likes and dislikes.

You will join a friendly team, receive full training, enjoy a supportive environment, and contribute to delivering high‑quality care aligned with our values of truth, love and compassion.

Qualifications

• You don't have to have previous experience you will receive full training.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily personal care and safety.

As a Care Assistant with TLC Care you will become a key part of a friendly and enthusiastic team who enjoy making the lives of our residents happy every day.

When joining our team of dedicated Care Assistants you will be supporting the day to day lives of our residents from their personal care through to their safety and assisting with daily activities. You will be helping them lead as independent a lifestyle as possible. It is important that you really get to know each resident and their likes and dislikes so you can provide and personalise the highest standard of care, and bring a smile to their face.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining the highest possible level of care while supporting residents in their daily routines, providing detailed attention when needed and preparing them for social trips out of the homes.
