TLC Care is seeking a caring Care Assistant to support residents with personal care, daily activities and safety, helping them lead as independent a lifestyle as possible.

No prior experience required; full training provided, with a friendly team, learning academy, and benefits including pension, uniforms, meals, and staff discounts.

Qualificações

As a Care Assistant with TLC Care you will become a key part of a friendly and enthusiastic team who enjoy making the lives of our residents happy every day.

When joining our team of dedicated Care Assistants you will be supporting the day to day lives of our residents from their personal care through to their safety and assisting with daily activities. You will be helping them lead as independent a lifestyle as possible. It is important that you really get to know each resident and their likes and dislikes so you can provide and personalise the highest standard of care, and bring a smile to their face.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining the highest possible level of care while supporting residents in their daily routines, providing detailed attention when needed and preparing them for social trips out of the homes.
