About You

As a Care Assistant, you will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, caring for residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and meals.

You will deliver compassionate care that respects residents’ dignity and individuality, supporting activities within the care home, helping with mobility aids, providing emotional support, and delivering end-of-life care, always prioritizing residents’ well-being.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and know how to act on concerns. Attendance at safeguarding training and the ability to seek advice and escalate concerns are required.
