Perm full-time contract - 44 hours days - including alternate weekends

Key Responsibilities

  • Support residents with a wide range of needs, from companionship to personal care.
  • Observe and manage residents' behaviour, documenting and reporting changes as required by legislation.
  • Support residents' nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging and assisting them according to their care plan.
  • Provide physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both in groups and individually.
  • Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory and legal requirements.

What we're looking for:

  • Motivation, positivity, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Desirable: Previous experience in a care home or a relevant Health and Social Care qualification.
