Salary: Grade 13, £24,027 FTE (Actual Salary based on weeks worked and hours £6,144.08)
Hours: 11 per week, term time only to include INSET days

The Role
Emersons Green Primary School wish to appoint an energetic and highly motivated, care assistant.
This is to supplement our existing TA team, providing care and personal assistance to pupils with specific SEND needs.
The successful candidate will: ·
● Have experience and /or qualifications in working with pupils with Special Needs and be willing to undertake further professional development.
● Be flexible and versatile in a rapidly changing work environment.
● Enjoy working closely with colleagues as part of an effective team.
● Be highly motivated and well organised.
● Have high expectations of all children in every aspect of school life
● Have an understanding of inclusion
Fluency Duty
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to converse at ease with pupils, parents and other users and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
