We are currently looking for Carers at Quarry House in Fishponds.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Delivering high quality personal care to residents
• Ensuring residents have a personalised and meaningful experience of life
• Maintaining dignity and privacy, respecting individual needs
• Assisting with serving meals and drinks
• Supporting other tasks for smooth home operation
• Attending and participating in training sessions

Requirements:

• Open to experienced Care Assistants and motivated newcomers
• NVQ Health and Social Care Level 2 training offered for staff

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience working with the elderly, preferably in a care home
• Level 2 qualification in health and social care or equivalent

PAY:

Starting at £12.70 per hour for employees aged 21+ working alternate weekends

• Additional 10% pay at weekends
• 50% extra pay on Bank holidays
