Bucklow Manor - Care Assistant

We now have an opportunity for carers to join Springcare Bucklow Manor, where every day you can make a difference to someone's life.

Excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential. Attention to detail and basic computer or device skills are also important.

Our care team provides nursing care, supports residents' wellbeing, and treats each individual with dignity and respect, caring for them as if they were family.

About the role:

• Helping with washing and dressing
• Assisting with feeding and mealtimes
• Understanding residents' interests and needs
• General housekeeping in residents' bedrooms and communal areas
• Supporting residents' physical and mental wellbeing through activities

Shifts are 24-hour, with day shifts from 8am to 8pm (8am-2pm and 2pm-8pm) and night shifts from 8pm to 8am.
