What We Offer
What You Will Do
As a Care Assistant at Casa di Lusso, you will play a vital role in helping residents live with dignity, comfort, and joy. You will support their daily routines – from personal care and dressing, to mobility and mealtimes – always promoting independence and making each interaction meaningful.
You will also take time to understand each resident’s preferences and needs, helping to implement their personalised care plans with sensitivity and respect.
Your keen eye will ensure any changes in health or behaviour are reported promptly, and you’ll work closely with nurses and other care professionals to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.
Alongside practical support, your warmth and friendly presence will help create a positive atmosphere throughout the home. Whether assisting with activities, chatting during tea breaks, or simply offering reassurance, you will help ensure every resident feels safe, supported, and genuinely cared for.
