Where you will be working

Brocastle Manor Care Home in Bridgend is a large 80-bed care home providing superior care and support within a warm and welcoming environment. At Brocastle, residents in need of residential and EMI care are supported to live as independently as possible in a safe environment with staff and management providing high standards of care.

We provide a range of learning and development opportunities to support you at every stage of your career. From technical training to leadership development, we have a range of programmes available for you. As part of this role, you will be required to complete a QCF Level 2 qualification, and we will support you to do this, with your training time paid.
