Job summary

Cera is seeking a community carer in Bridge of Earn to help clients live independently at home in Scotland. No experience required—just a big heart and a desire to help others. You will provide personal care, assist with medications and meals, and visit clients in their homes across Bridge of Earn and surrounding areas.

A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required to travel between visits. Cera Tech powers the role to reduce admin, enabling you to focus on care, with flexible shifts

The Role

Supporting clients in Bridge of Earn and surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Your role is powered by Cera Tech - our predictive technology that reduces admin and helps prevent hospitalisations, so you can focus on caring.

With flexible shifts available across mornings, days, evenings and nights, plus every other weekend off, we aim to support a positive work life balance.

Registration

In Scotland, all care staff register with the SSSC. You must maintain registration and work towards your SVQ2 (funded by Cera; SVQ registration fee payable by employee).
