Job Details: Home Instead Brentwood, Billericay and Upminster cover the main town as well as surrounding areas of Shenfield, Hutton, Doddinghurst, Stock and Ingatestone. We believe in caring for our clients to the highest standard; by encouraging Care Professionals to reach their highest potential and ensuring we make a real difference to clients' lives every day. Our team provides professional, compassionate care at home in the Essex area. Our care has been recognised as Outstanding by the CQC. Care Assistant Benefits

• Excellent pay rates - from £13.80 to £14.90, plus double pay for enhanced bank holiday rates.

Care Assistant Responsibilities

• Being a care Professional is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care.
• Duties can include:
• Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
• Help with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework
• Accompanying to appointments or shopping
• Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent

Qualifications

Due to the nature of this role, candidates must hold a valid driver\'s license and have access to a suitable vehicle for travel to and from client locations. No previous qualifications are required, we are looking for natural caring qualities and those who want to make a difference to people\'s lives!
