Bearehill Care Home in Brechin is looking for a dedicated Care Assistant to join our supportive team. You will help residents with daily living, provide dignity and companionship, and support independence in a warm, person-centred environment.
The role offers day and night shifts, up to 44 hours per week, with paid PVG pension, uniform provided and 5.6 weeks’ annual leave. Full training and development support are provided for both new carers and those with experience.
Bearehill Care Home is a beautiful Georgian mansion in the charming town of Brechin, surrounded by tranquil gardens and scenic wildlife. The home provides high quality Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care for up to 49 residents. With its sunny conservatory, sensory garden, freshly prepared meals and warm, homely atmosphere, it is a place where residents are supported to live well and feel truly valued.
As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.
You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.
Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for.
