Salary: £12.25 - £13.25 per hour (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities

1. Support residents with a variety of needs, from companionship to personal care.
2. Observe and document residents' behaviour, reporting any changes in accordance with legislation.
3. Assist with residents' nutrition and hydration, encouraging and helping them according to their care plans.
4. Provide mental and physical stimulation through social and recreational activities, both individually and in groups.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date care plans in line with regulatory and legal standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Motivated, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Desirable: Previous experience in a care home or a relevant Health and Social Care qualification.
