Newcross Healthcare Solutions is hiring compassionate carers to join our team in Penzance, delivering essential home care with dignity and respect. You will support clients in their homes, handle moving and personal care, and work with health professionals to meet individual needs.

Competenze

• 6 months paid UK care experience in the last 3 years, including personal care and moving and handling.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Registration for Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland not required in England.
• Strong communication and people skills.

Hours: Full time or part time with flexible shifts

We have over 30 years of experience delivering trusted and compassionate care across the UK. We are now hiring exceptional carers to join our team in Penzance. If you take pride in delivering high standards of care and want to join a team that values you, this role is for you.

What you will do

Provide essential care and support to clients in their homes and communities.

Support those in your care with both moving and handling and personal care when requirement.

Help maintain comfort, safety and wellbeing at all times.

Work with healthcare professionals to deliver care that meets each person’s needs.

What you need

Right to work in the UK.

At least 6 months paid UK care experience in the last 3 years, including personal care and moving and handling.

Registration for applicants in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland such as SSSC, SCW or NISSC. This is not required in England.

Strong communication and people skills.

Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
