Female Care Assistant - Complex Care

This role is for female applicants only, due to specific client care needs and to ensure the client's comfort, in line with the Equality Act 2010.

About the Role:

We have a male client in Blackburn who needs support from dedicated complex care assistants. Routes Healthcare is committed to enhancing lives 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, not only for those we support but also for their loved ones and family members.

We provide complex care services for people with long-term health conditions, clinically-led enhanced homecare, and end-of-life care, all tailored around the individual’s hobbies, activities, and daily routines.

We offer a pay rate of GBP13.69 per hour including holiday pay. The hours available are 8am - 4pm or 4pm - 12pm daily.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of paid care experience in the UK
• The right to work in the UK without employer sponsorship
• A caring, positive attitude and patience
• Experience in spinal care is desirable
