Job summary

Right at Home Stevenage, Bishop's Stortford & Braintree is hiring Care Assistants for full-time or part-time roles in Bishop's Stortford and surrounding areas. You’ll provide in-home care, support clients with daily tasks, personal care and medication administration, and help maintain independence.

We offer competitive pay (£14.20–£14.40 per hour), 40p per mile mileage, fully paid travel time, an immediate £500 joining bonus, ongoing training and career progression in a supportive team

Qualifications

• Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to own vehicle
• Be able to offer availability either early mornings (from 7am), afternoon (from 2pm) or evening (from 5pm) and every other weekend
• Commit to attending a 3-day training course
• Live locally to Bishop's Stortford, Takeley, Dunmow, Braintree and surrounding areas
• Have or be willing to obtain business vehicle insurance

Care Assistant – Full-time or Part-time

Areas: Bishop's Stortford, Takeley, Dunmow, Braintree & surrounding areas
Shifts: 7am–3pm, 2pm–10pm or 5pm–10pm Plus every other weekend, with flexibility
Pay: £14.20–£14.40 per hour + 40p mileage + Fully Paid Travel Time

About the Role:

We’re looking for warm, dependable Care Assistants to support our clients in their own homes with tasks such as:

• Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day

• Personal care

• Administering medication

• Assisting Clients with washing and dressing

• Taking Clients for appointments or outings
