Pay: £14.60 – £16.00 per hour + 30p mileage
Shifts:

Morning: 6:00/7:00am – 2:00pm

Evening: 2:00pm – 10:00/11:00pm

Flexible hours available – full-time and part-time
Drivers only – a driving licence and access to a vehicle is required

East Herts: Bishop’s Stortford, Sawbridgeworth, High Wych, Thorley, Farnham, Birchanger, Lower Sheering

Broxbourne District: Broxbourne, Hoddesdon, Waltham Cross, Wormley, Turnford

Welwyn & Hatfield District: Knebworth, Hertford, Ware

North Hertfordshire: Royston, Buntingford

St Albans: St Albans (AL1 and surrounding)

Stevenage: Stevenage town and nearby villages

West Essex:
Epping Forest District: Epping, Theydon Bois, Loughton, Waltham Abbey, Nazeing, Ongar

About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you’ll support people in their own homes with everyday tasks that help them live independently and with dignity. Your duties will include:

Personal Care: Washing, dressing, toileting

Mobility Support: Assisting clients to move safely

Medication: Prompts, collection, and administration support

Mealtime Help: Preparing meals and assisting with feeding if required

Housekeeping: Laundry, cleaning, changing beds, emptying commodes

Companionship: Friendly conversation and emotional support

Errands & Shopping: Helping with day-to-day needs

What You’ll Need
No previous experience required – full training provided

A caring nature, good communication skills, and a desire to make a difference

A valid UK driving licence and your own car

Eligibility to work in the UK
