Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Care Assistant at Pebble Mill Care Home in Birmingham to join an award-winning team delivering person-centred care. You’ll help residents with daily living, build relationships, and support independence in a warm, compassionate setting.

This full-time, permanent role offers shifts 8am–8pm or 8pm–8am, with alternate weekends. Salary £12.75–£13.75 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Motivated, positive individuals with great interpersonal skills.
• We’ll provide training on all aspects of our digital care.
• Experienced carers or new to the sector are welcome; training and support provided.

• Communicating with residents’ families, friends and other healthcare professionals
