Aria Healthcare is a respected provider of nursing, dementia, and residential care services in Bexhill on Sea, East Sussex. Their 71-bed Southlands Place care home has a 'Good' CQC rating and is highly rated by residents and their families. They are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join their dedicated team and support the everyday lives of their residents.

Main duties of the job

As a Care Assistant at Southlands Place, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to the residents, helping them with their daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being. This is a full-time role, with the opportunity to work day and night shifts, including alternate weekends. You will be part of a supportive and inclusive team, with opportunities for professional and personal growth.

• Full time - 36-48 hours - day & night shifts available - Alternat weekends required - working 12 hour shifts 8-8
• Part time may be considered - minimum 24 hours
• £12.80 per hour
