We support service users in the following locations across London:

WORK LOCATION:

We welcome applications from drivers based in and around the surrounding areas

Bedfordshire Pay Rate: £13.00 - £13.67 per hour plus 25p mileage.

Hertfordshire Pay Rate: £14.44 - £15.44 per hour plus 25p mileage.

Shifts work across seven days a week,

EVENING – 2:00 pm – 10:00/11:00 pm

Care Assistant: Role & Responsibilities
  • Support clients to live safer and supported lives in their own homes by following individual care plans and assisting with personal care, medication, and practical tasks like shopping and housework.
  • Assist with mobility and physical disabilities, including the use and care of aids and adaptations.
  • Help with domestic tasks such as making beds, tidying, light cleaning, laundry, and emptying commodes.
  • Support personal hygiene routines, including washing, bathing, and toileting.
  • Assist with eating and drinking, including meal preparation and feeding if required.
  • Help with medication administration and reminders.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship to prevent loneliness and engage clients in activities and outings.
  • Monitor health and report changes in wellbeing.
  • Organise and accompany clients to social activities and appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records of care and incidents.
  • Follow emergency procedures in case of accidents or medical emergencies.
  • Communicate effectively with family members about the client's care and wellbeing.
Qualifications

No previous social care experience is necessary; we focus on your compassion, resilience, eagerness to learn, and commitment to respectful care. You must have the right to work in the UK, a driving licence, and access to a vehicle, especially for rural areas.
