Home Instead Bedford is hiring a Care Assistant to support clients in Bedford with guaranteed hours and flexible shifts. Each visit lasts at least one hour, helping people live independently in their own homes while building genuine relationships.

No care experience is required—comprehensive training, ongoing support, and a friendly culture await. You’ll be kind, reliable and patient, with a full UK driving licence and access to a car preferred.

You’ll regularly visit the same clients, giving you the time to build genuine relationships and make a real difference. Your role as a Care Assistant You’ll support clients to remain independent, comfortable, and confident in their own homes. Your day-to-day may include:
