Job description

We are seeking compassionate Care Assistants to join our team.

  • Provide attentive care and support to clients, addressing their individual needs in their own homes.
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, including toileting and mobility support.
  • Monitor clients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies or unexpected situations.
  • Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records.
  • Offer emotional support and reassurance to clients.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties as needed to maintain a clean and organized living space.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Qualifications
