About The Role

As a Care Assistant, you will:

• Support people in their own homes to live independently
• Empower clients to make decisions and choices
• Provide personal care support
• Offer physical and emotional support
• Assist with daily tasks and activities
• Help with healthcare and appointments
• Build positive relationships with clients, families, colleagues, and professionals
• Use mobile technology to record care
• Uphold Altogether Care's values and safe working practices
• Travel to nearby areas as needed
