Starting as a Care Assistant, you can earn up to £13.50 per hour within the first 12 to 18 months, and learn valuable specialised clinical skills in the process. Our fast-track Care Assistant programme is now open to new applicants who demonstrate our Values, are motivated to learn how to deliver outstanding care.
