Job Title: Care Assistant at HC-One

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant to join our care home team. Whether providing long or short-term, convalescence, respite, or palliative care, our focus is on delivering the highest quality service at all times.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, dressing, and meals.
2. Support residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
3. Ensure residents’ dignity and individuality are maintained, engaging in activities within the care home.
4. Help residents with limited mobility and emotional support, including end-of-life care.
5. Recognize and report signs of abuse, harm, or neglect; attend safeguarding training and seek advice when needed.
