At Meallmore, Scotland's most trusted care provider, we consistently deliver excellent care in great places to live and work. Join us in bringing warmth and empathy to the daily lives of those we care for.

Every day will be different, so you can expect to undertake work that’s as varied as it is rewarding.

The type of support that you would be providing is no different to what would reasonably be given by a member of the person’s family.

Your role and responsibilities

Ensuring the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting/assisting residents, with washing, dressing, mealtimes and all other aspects of daily living.
Promoting residents' independence and well-being.
Monitoring residents' health conditions, liaising with relatives and colleagues.
Supporting residents in physical and social activities, getting to know their interests, and needs so they can lead their best life possible, by understanding what means most to them as an individual.
What we are looking for

Have excellent communication and time management skills.
Patience and empathy when dealing with challenging situations.

What’s in it for you?

Our focus is you and your ongoing development. We have a Care Team career pathway to support you to reach your potential, all the way to Care Home Manager if that is your goal.

Working a fulltime job and juggling life is difficult, we know, with us you achieve a fulltime wage with 3 or 4 days off each week. But if that still doesn’t suit let us know, we can be flexible and will do our best to accommodate.
