Cera Care Ltd in Abergavenny is hiring a community carer to support clients at home across Abergavenny and nearby towns. The role offers flexible shifts including mornings, days, evenings and nights, with weekends off where possible and driving between visits.

No prior experience required, just a big heart and a desire to help others; training and DBS are provided to support your development within our community care teams.

The Role: Supporting clients in Abergavenny, Gilwern, Govilon, Llanfoist and surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, a driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
