Support Worker

Location: NG5

Salary: £23,809 plus sleep-in allowance

Shifts: Varied patterns including sleep-ins (every other weekend)

What You'll Be Doing

Providing personal care and practical support tailored to individual needs

Encouraging independence and emotional wellbeing

Supporting daily living tasks and community engagement

Acting as a key worker and advocate for residents

Collaborating with families and professionals

Promoting a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment

What You'll Need

Experience supporting vulnerable adults

Level 1 Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)

Basic IT and communication skills

Flexibility to work varied shifts

Compassion, empathy, and a team-oriented mindset
