Job summary

ExtraCare Charitable Trust in Evesham is recruiting a Care and Support Worker for 22 hours per week, on a part-time basis at Yates Court Scheme. You will deliver domiciliary care to residents, support social activities, and promote wellbeing in a luxury retirement community.

We are seeking compassionate, patient, and personable individuals who value teamwork and professional communication. Flexible hours and a passion for quality care are essential.

• Hold a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification.

• Provide domiciliary care to residents including physical, personal care and social activity support.

• Role:Care and Support Worker
• Hours: Part time, 22hours per week - Working X2 Night Shifts per week.
• Contract: Permanant
• Salary: £13.64per hour
• Location: Yates Court Scheme, High Street, Evesham, WR11 4DN

As a Care and Support Worker, you will be expected to carry out the following tasks:

• Provide all aspects of domiciliary careto our residents including both physical, personal care and support with social activities,
• Promoting and supporting the physical, emotional and well-being of our residents
• Encourage independence and self-belief
• Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.
