Job Description:

McCarthy Stone is looking for a professional Care and Support Assistant to join their team at the stunning estate Albert Court in Henley-on-Thames.

Base Salary: £12.34 per hour plus additional pay (see below)

About the role: As a Care and Support Assistant, you will provide high-quality individual care to residents, enabling them to live well in later life. Your duties will include housekeeping, domestic support, supporting residents' activities, assisting with appointments, arranging transport, escorting visits, and helping with shopping. Every day will be diverse, offering opportunities to make a positive impact using your people skills.

About you: You will be a warm, friendly individual, ideally with some experience in care or support. You should be passionate about improving the wellbeing and happiness of older people and enjoy working in a team. A QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care (Adults) or equivalent qualification and relevant experience are preferred, but consideration will be given to candidates with alternative qualifications and experience.
