McCarthy Stone is recruiting a professional Care & Support Assistant to join the team at our prestigious development, The Pottery, based in Clevedon, Somerset.
Built in 2022, The Pottery is a Retirement Living Plus development that consists of 57 apartments designed for the over 70s, providing excellent on-site facilities and set within beautiful grounds.
Hourly rate: £12.80 per hour, plus up to an additional £1.30 for evening and weekend shifts.

About the role: As a Care & Support Assistant, you will provide high-quality individual care to our residents, enabling them to live well in later life. Your duties will include housekeeping, domestic support, supporting residents' activities for health and wellbeing, assisting with appointments, arranging transport, escorting visits, and shopping support. Every day will be diverse, offering opportunities to use your people skills to make a real difference.
