McCarthy Stone are recruiting a professional Care & Support Assistant to join the team at our prestigious Corbett Court development in Burgess Hill, West Sussex.
Hourly rate: £12.39 per hour, plus earn up to an additional £1.30 for working evening and weekend shifts.

About the role: As a Care & Support Assistant, you will provide the highest quality individual care to our residents, enabling them to live later life well. You will deliver housekeeping and domestic support across the estate, including apartment cleans. Duties will be varied and include supporting and encouraging residents to participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing. You will assist with booking appointments, arranging transport, escorting visits if necessary, and helping with shopping. Every day will be diverse, offering opportunities to use your people skills to make a real difference.
