About the role: As a Care & Support Assistant, you will provide high-quality individual care to our residents, enabling them to enjoy later life. Your duties will include housekeeping, domestic support, supporting residents in activities that promote health and wellbeing, assisting with appointments, arranging transport, escorting visits, and helping with shopping. Every day will be diverse, offering opportunities to use your people skills to make a real difference.

• You will be warm, friendly, and ideally have some experience in a care or support environment.
• You will be passionate about enhancing the wellbeing and happiness of older people and enjoy working as part of a team.
• You will be committed to delivering excellent customer service.
• You will want to work in the Health and Social Care sector. A QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification is preferred, but relevant experience and alternative qualifications will be considered.

Hourly rate: £13.20 plus up to £1.30 extra for evening and weekend hours

Hours: 16 per week
